Minie is software and a service of ALPHA BAITER LTD ("the Company"). Use of the app and this website is subject to these terms and to the agreement between the Company and your organization. If they conflict, the agreement with your organization prevails.
Accounts
Your account is created by your organization. Keep your sign-in details confidential and tell us or your organization about any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
Use the service for lawful work purposes only. Do not try to bypass security, overload the service, or access data you are not authorized to see.
Content and data
Business data belongs to your organization. The Company processes it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The Minie software, design and marks are the Company's property. Do not copy, modify or distribute them without permission.
Availability and updates
We work to keep the service available and up to date, and may update the app from time to time, including automatic updates.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction.
