Privacy Policy

This policy describes how ALPHA BAITER LTD ("the Company", "we") handles personal information in the Minie app and on minie.app. Minie is provided to businesses; the organization you work for ("the Customer") decides which business data is collected as part of your work, and we process it on its behalf.

Information we collect

• Account details – name, email address and company, for secure sign-in.
• Work data – tasks, forms, tickets and other records you create or update in the app.
• Photos and files – files you choose to attach to a task.
• Location – approximate or precise location, only when you grant location access for a task.
• Voice – live audio, only while you use the voice assistant. We do not store the audio.
• Diagnostics – technical error logs used to find and fix problems.

The app uses the microphone only when you start the voice assistant, and does not access your camera or contacts. We do not use your information for advertising.

How we use it

Only to run the service: sign-in, showing and syncing your work data, support, security and app stability. We do not sell personal information.

Where it is stored

Business data is stored on the service's servers, hosted on cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud). A temporary copy is kept on your device so you can work offline; pending changes are removed from the device once they sync.

Sharing

Data is available to the Customer (your organization) and to service providers acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations: Google Cloud (hosting and infrastructure), OpenAI (real-time processing of voice-assistant audio) and Google Gemini (suggesting task titles from task content). We disclose information to authorities only when required by law.

Retention

Business data is kept according to the Customer's settings and legal obligations. Account data is deleted when the account is closed, except where the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information. Contact support@minie.app or see Delete account. We may also refer the request to your organization as the owner of the business data.

Security

Traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), access is permission-based, and sign-in goes through a secure identity provider.

This website

minie.app uses no cookies and no analytics. The hosting provider (Google Firebase) logs technical access data such as IP addresses for security and operations.

Children

The service is for business use and is not directed at children.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
