Delete your Minie account

The Minie app is developed by ALPHA BAITER LTD. Here is how to request deletion of your account and the personal data linked to it.

How to request

1. Email support@minie.app from your account's email address.
2. Use the subject "Delete account" and include your company name.
3. We confirm receipt and your identity, and let you know when deletion is complete.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account and profile details (name, email).
• The account's access permissions and diagnostics linked to it.

What may be kept

Work records you created for your organization (such as tasks, forms and tickets) belong to the organization and may be kept under its policies and legal obligations. Information we must keep by law is retained only for the required period.

Timing

Requests are completed within 30 days of identity verification.

Uninstalling the app or signing out does not delete your account.
